Mac Young also helped Place Properties arrange a $154.6 million financing deal for the construction of off-campus housing projects across the U.S.

Intellectual Property attorney Larry Colton’s advice was quoted in the column “Featuring Your URLs” on the SmartSamantha website on September 6, 2007.
