Stacy E. Yeung

Stacy E. Yeung is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Ms. Yeung is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund.

Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Ms. Yeung was associated with a large international law firm and a litigation boutique, both in New York City, where she practiced civil litigation, including complex commercial, bankruptcy and construction litigation before state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. She served as Assistant Attorney General for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office after graduating from law school.

Ms. Yeung received her B.A., with honors, in Psychology and Business, Economics and the Law from Washington University in St. Louis. She earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Yeung was on the Dean’s List, served as Staff Editor (2002-2003) and Associate Editor (2003-2004) of the Journal of Law & Policy and clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Ms. Yeung is fluent in Cantonese.
