John F. Weeks IV

John F. Weeks IV is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP where his main area of practice is Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Weeks received his B.A. degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Mercer University Law School in 2006 where he received the faculty award for excellence in legal writing. He was also a member of the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Team, Vice-Chairman of the Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Weeks is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
