J. (James) Harrison Anthony

J. (James) Harrison Anthony is an Associate in the Litigation Practice in the Atlanta office of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Anthony received his B.A. in History from Duke University in 2008 and went on to earn his J.D. from Duke University in 2011 where he was a member of the Executive Board of the Duke Journal of International and Comparative Law.

While a Summer Associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Mr. Anthony co-authored an article entitled “Even if You Can’t Touch, Smell, or Feel it, You Can Still Sell Intellectual Property!” in the Winter 2010 edition of the Journal of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
